Auto Accident Injuries

One of those patients came to us with whiplash of her neck associated with headaches from a car accident.

Sylvia worked as a pharmaceutical representative and spent much of her time driving and was an avid tennis player. Unfortunately she struggled with both and was anxious and depressed that things would not change. After a careful history, physical and radiologic exam, subsequent special nerve blocks were performed to some of her neck joints which gave us diagnose of the underlying cause of her problem.

From there a procedure called radiofrequency neurotomy was applied to these nerves. She regained her well being, her sales productivity, her tennis serve as well as a good night sleep.
